Phyllis' earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Phyllis Williams.

Phyllis Theola Williams was born November 11, 1957. She was united in marriage to the late George Williams, Sr. and loved each other for many years until he passed away. The love she had for her family and children was undeniable. Phyllis will be sadly missed by her children, Deidra (Kashaba) Fisher of Little Rock, Arkansas, Tyrone (Tara) Campbell of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Melinda Holden of Fort Smith, Arkansas; eight grand children Damien Fisher, Kashavion Fisher, Torrin Thomas Campbell, Dedric Campbell, Desmond Campbell, Delisha "Dee Dee" Campbell-Warnock, Eve Holden-Warnock, Lillie Holden-Warnock; three great-grandchildren, Troy Lewis, Titus Lewis, Tajadonis Lewis and a host of other relatives and friends. The Campbells are a strong, outspoken and passionate family who celebrate each other's triumphs and comes together in times of troubles. Life is not always easy but in the end, all you have is each other to help you get through it. The love Phyllis had for her family and children was undeniable and she knew she was loved in life. Phyllis was known for her huge heart. She was giving and compassionate and helped many people in her life. Visitation will be held Friday, March 9, 2018 from 6-7PM at Rowell-Parish Mortuary, 611 N. 9th St. - Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018, 2:30PM at New Covenant International Christian Church, 4400 North St. - Fort Smith, Arkansas 72904.
Committal service and final resting place will be held Monday, February 12, 2018, 1:00PM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery - Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 9, 2018 from 6-7PM at Rowell-Parish Mortuary, 611 N. 9th St. - Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
