He was born on May 21, 1953 to George Fuchs and Margaret Fuchs (Klein) at Mercy Hospital in Rockville Center, Long Island, New York and grew up in Malverne, Long Island, New York. He graduated from Malverne High School in 1971, where he made and treasured many lifelong friendships. Kenny attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C., as well as Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado and Franconia College in New Hampshire. Ultimately, he followed his father to Central Arkansas where he graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas after obtaining his Bachelor's Degree. Anyone lucky enough to witness him in the court room would be sure to never forget it. He had many passions, such as music and making people laugh. He was an extremely talented musician, especially on the guitar. However, none of these passions compared to his most memorable passion of being a father to his three daughters. Being their Dad was always his most favorite role, and he played it exceptionally well. He could do anything he put his mind to, and do it well.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, George (Betty) Fuchs and Margaret Klein and his youngest daughter, Caitlin Kelley Fuchs.

Kenny leaves to cherish his loving memory, two daughters, Courtney and Casi Fuchs; grandchildren, Ethen Riggs, River Landrith, Benjamin Fuchs, Brayden Adams, Aubree Adams; one sister, Joan (Paul) Chiampa; two nieces, Meghan Chiampa, Yvonne (Marc) McGurl, Paul Chiampa; great-niece, Ella McGurl; great-nephew, Michael McGurl and a host of loving family and friends.
