In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Phillips family. Kenya’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Kenya Williams-Phillips.

Kenya Williams-Phillips was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Tuesday, April 1, 1975 to Willie Phillips and the late Betty Phillips.
Kenya accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.
Kenya attended the Fort Smith Public Schools. She started at high school at Northside, and later moved to Fort Gibson where she finished her education.
Kenya worked in the restaurant industry and later became a really great Nursing Assistant. Her patients loved her, and she was really good and very compassionate towards them, they loved her dearly.
Kenya was a “Girly Girl”, for she loved her jewelry, clothes, and hair. She was truly like her mother, for loved to do her nails.
Kenya loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She always loved babies, particularly baby dolls as a little girl. She was also crazy about her nephews and nieces. She had so many friends. She was a loving and kind person, who never met a stranger. She will be truly missed by all who loved and treasured her so dearly.
Kenya leaves to cherish her memories a son, Prince Phillips-Thompson of Midwest City, Oklahoma; four daughters, KeN’ya Mosley, Lenora Williams, Tiffany Williams all three of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Hannah Williams of Fayetteville, Arkansas; six grandchildren; her father, Willie (Anjanette) Phillips of Spiro, Oklahoma; five brothers, Willie Phillips of Vinita, Oklahoma, Kaleb (Ashley) Phillips of Wagner, Oklahoma, Jason (Tosha) Craft of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Dennis Holmes of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, and Richard Tackett of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; five sisters, Catina (Tony) Moore of Waxahachie, Texas, Whitlee Phillips of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Katlin Phillips of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Suzanna (Limuel) Frizzell of Howe, Oklahoma, and Miranda (Jaysen Bruney) Tackett of Spiro, Oklahoma, and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
