Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Dan Johnson was born October 3, 1926 in Marktree, Arkansas to the late Louis and Nettie Johnson and six other sons were born to this union.
He married Alean "Tiggs" Johnson in 1962 and to this union, three children were born, Pamela, Darrell, and Chalheyia.
Dan was preceded in death by his father, Louis; mother, Nettie; wife Alean; daughter, Chalheyia; brothers, George, Clance, Louis, P.J., James and William.
Dan leaves to cherish his loving memory, son, Darrell Johnson of Minneapolis, Minnesota; daughter, Pamela Thompson of Conway, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Kevin, Latonda, Jim, Charneesha, Korlyss, Darrell Jr., Darqueshia, Quentin, Darrell; twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
