HIS LIFE

OUR MEMORIES

Donald “Duck” Lee was born on December 15, 1960, in Helena, Arkansas, and departed this life on September 20, 2026. He was a man who loved God, loved his family, and loved people. He never met a stranger and could light up a room with his smile, his stories, and his genuine love for others. From an early age, Duck learned the meaning of hard work, faith, and loyalty.

He was a jack of all trades and could do anything. Duck was a carpenter, plumber, electrician, and everything in between. If it needed fixing, he could do it. He took pride in his work and always found a way to get the job done. He was the owner of Handy Dan, and a co-owner of Diamond Pallets, where he built not only businesses but also opportunities for others. He was also a proud member of Masonic Lodge #76, where he shared brotherhood, service, and a commitment to helping his community.

Most of all, he loved his children beyond measure and always made sure they knew they were his pride and joy. Duck lived a life filled with purpose, love, faith, and unforgettable memories. He was a provider, a protector, and a friend to many. He enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends, sharing laughter, telling stories, and keeping everyone in good spirits. His large heart, giving nature, stubborn stride, and love for God will always be remembered by those who knew and loved him.

HIS LEGACY

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving children, Dominica Williams, Shakena Lee, Alisha Lee, and John Thompson; his loving companion, Monica Triplett; and his surviving siblings, Izola Lee, Joyce Smith (Corey), Jeraldine Lee, Troy Lee, Roma Lee, Eary Jean Lee, Aubrey Lee (Lula), Pam Ivory Boone (Elijah), Roger Brown (Vanessa), Alma Jean Thomas (Willie), Rose Marie Lee, Carolyn Woods, and Dessie Woods; along with his extended family and a host of relatives and friends whose lives were touched by his love, laughter, generosity, and unforgettable spirit.
