Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Unice Faye Porchay was born on November 21, 1948 to the late Alberta and Pinkey Criswell in Springfield, Arkansas. She departed her earthly home on March 26, 2019 at Baptist Medical Center in Conway, Arkansas.
Unice Faye accepted Christ at an early age at Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church under the leadership of W.S. Thomas. Unice was preceded in death by one sister, Marolyn Dixon; three brothers, Ulysses Criswell, Bobby Criswell and Scipio Hammands.
Unice Faye leaves to cherish her loving memories, four daughters, Angela Criswell, Monique (Andre) Isabell, Lajarta Criswell, Lasha (Newt) Criswell; four sons, Brian Criswell, Ashley Criswell, Preston Criswell, Contrail Criswell; three sisters, Gertherlean (Larry) Coleman, Carolyn Criswell, Leesther Criswell; four brothers, James (Mosetta) Criswell, Arvin Criswell, Billy Criswell, Edward (Sharon) Criswell; 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Family and friends visitation will be held Friday, April 5, 2019 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at Veasley Funeral Home.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019, 12:00noon at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 728 Mt. Olive Road, Plumerville, Arkansas 72127.
Committal service and final resting place will be held at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Plumerville, Arkansas.
