Ronnie's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mr. Ronnie Joe Cravens, Jr.

Ronnie Joe Cravens, Jr. was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on April 9, 1979 to Ronnie Joe and Pamela S. Cravens, Sr. He was preceded in death by his sister, Veronica Cravens; his paternal grandparents, William and Margaret Cravens, and his maternal grandparents, Quince and Bertha Bell.

Ronnie confessed his faith in Christ at an early age, and he was baptized at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church and he never walked away from loving God, he was a God-Fearing man. He was a product of the Fort Smith Public Schools; Sutton, Kimmons, and Northside High. He was a graduate of the Class of 1997. He began playing sports at the Boys Club and played through some of his high school years, basketball, football, and track.

Ronnie began singing at an early age, and he actually fulfilled his life-long dream of becoming a Rapper. He started working with Big Wheels Entertainment, and with his entrepreneurial spirit, he stepped out on his own with “Phlyguy Society” and never looked back.

Ronnie was a very obedient child growing under the wings of his parents, as long as he lived under their roof, he always honored them and obeyed their rules. He was a loving, caring, and giving person who loved his family dearly. He pressed to make sure his children knew he supported their efforts in life as they positively progress forward. He was proud of and loved being a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He let the whole world know that he was an Arkansan, he wore a necklace with a big A and a razorback on it.

Ronnie leaves to cherish his loving memories, Ronnie and Pamela Cravens, Sr. of Fort Smith, Arkansas; three sons, Shane Patterson of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Zarondrick Racy of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Jacob Cravens of West Fork, Arkansas; two daughters, Kyeleigh Cravens of Alma, Arkansas and Kayleigh Evans of Van Buren, Arkansas; one grandchild; a brother, Kenneth (Sue) Cravens of Centerton, Arkansas, two nieces; his best friend, Lamont “Slope” Willis of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a host of relatives and friends.

Public Viewing will be Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Rowell-Parish Mortuary 611 North 9th Street Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.

Celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Southpointe Assembly of God Church 1101 Cavanaugh Road Fort Smith, Arkansas 72908.

Committal service and final resting place will be held at Washington Cemetery Fort Smith, Arkansas.
