Evangelist Charley Mae Moore-Palmer, affectionately known as Grandma Charley, was a gift from God given to the late Sidney and Eddie Mae (West) Moore on Sunday, December 10, 1944 in Eudora, Arkansas. Hinkle and present leadership Pastor Paul E. Davis. She served as an associate minister and was a part of the Ministerial Alliance and the Church Reminders Club (CRC).

Charley was joined in holy matrimony to Noah Palmer, Sr. in 1962 before he was called to take his eternal rest in 1989. To this blessed union four children were given, Cal Palmer, Everteen (Mack) Jackson, Cindy Palmer and Leeanna (Earl) Jones.
