DeCarlos’ earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mr. DeCarlos "RayRay" Forte, Sr.

DeCarlos Laray Forte, Sr. was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 20, 1983 surrounded by his family. He was the child of Opal Jean Forte and Anthony Laray Parker. DeCarlos was a son of Christ. He was a loving protector. He loved everyone. He was his families protector. He would try to help anyone he could. He was a hard-working man. He loved to make people laugh.
DeCarlos is preceded in death by his grandmother: Inez Brandon; grandfather: Willie McKinney; two brothers: Myron Forte, Charles Forte, Jr.; uncle: James C. Gault, and nephew: Javion A. Curtis.
DeCarlos leaves to cherish his loving memory, mother: Opal J. Forte of Conway, Arkansas; father: Anthony L. Parker of Little Rock, Arkansas; six children: Jenoscia Webster , El'Treveon Jeffers, Kobe Toney, Inez Ray'Anna Forte, Sariaha Stanley all of Conway, Arkansas, and DeCarlos Forte, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas; five sisters: Shalunta (DeAngelo) Eliam of Jacksonville, Florida, Kari Parker and Angela Parker of Little Rock, Arkansas, Shamika Little and Kalisha Forte of Conway, Arkansas; two brothers: Charles Forte of Little Rock, Arkansas, Malik Pickens of Conway, Arkansas, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Walk through visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, April 21, 2023 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at Veasley Funeral Home.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023, 2:30pm at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 53 Pilgrim Rest Rd., Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058.
Committal service and final resting place will be held at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Greenbrier, Arkansas.
