Wyman Ewing Jones, III “Lud” was a gift from God on Friday, March 23, 1990 to Wyman Ewing Jones, Jr. and Joyce Elaine (Robinson) Mayne in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was also called by God to take his heavenly rest on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from Alma, Arkansas. He was also preceded in death by his grandfathers: Wyman E. Jones, Sr. and Tommy N. Robinson.
Wyman loved spending time with his family. He loved to eat and he cooked as though he was a gourmet chef. He loved the outdoors, no matter the weather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling, bike riding, bon fires with friends, anything adventurous and thrilling.
As his Daddy said, “He was a fishing fool”. He is now fishing with the Lord.
Wyman had a huge heart; he was very giving and always willing to help. His smile lit up the room and could make anyone laugh though he had quite a defensive demeanor for his family. He was especially protective of his sister.
Wyman was very inquisitive about life and has a very personal relationship with God. He always thought deep into God’s purpose in everyday life.
Wyman told his Mama at a young age, things were “goodgeegaga”; a word he made up (meaning “everything’s just messed up”).
For God has now made things clear to him, A New Beginning.
Wyman will be forever cherished by his dad: Wyman Ewing (Connie) Jones, Jr. of Cedarville, Arkansas; his mother: Joyce Elaine (Cliff) Mayne of Alma Arkansas; his loving sister: Victoria Mayne of Alma, Arkansas and a host of other family members and friends.
