Mark Anthony Myers was born December 14, 1961 in Fort Smith, AR to Barbara Webster-Meadows, and the late Ronnie Myers.

Mark attended High School in Pomona, CA, and completed his general education at Northside High School in Fort Smith, AR. He received his HVAC certification from Orange County Technical School, in Orange County, CA. He worked as a Mechanical Technician at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA and spent some Saturday mornings filming as a filler dancer on ‘Soul Train,’ occasionally dancing down the coveted ‘Soul Train’ line or pop-locking next to show favorite “Big Willie.”

After moving back to Fort Smith, AR, Mark enjoyed construction work, until illness rendered him disabled. Undeterred, Mark took online college classes in courses he loved, economics, business, and English. A master chess player, he used his gift to teach others the game. Blessed with creativity, Mark could draw freehand, play the drums and piano by ear.

Mark departed this life on March 28, 2018. With his departure everyone whether friend, family, or passing acquaintance feel a great loss, because whether you were any of the above, we’re sure he made you feel like a part of his family.

Mark leaves to cherish his loving memories to his amazing mom, Barbara Webster-Meadows (Odell Meadows), Sons Marlon Myers and Tandy McKinney; Daughters Theresa Myers and Kenya Myers; Sisters Tiffany Webster (Reggie Brown), Catrice Webster, Rhonda Myers, Audrey Norwood, and Kathy Triplett, Brothers Eugene Webster IIII (Stormy Webster) and Calvin Myers; Aunts Patricia Peterson, Baltimore, MD, Mildred Ingram and Veronica Selmon, Uncle Ross Woody, Jr., Great Aunts; Hester Nation and Rebecca Evans (Bob), and a host of relatives and friends.
