In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Hall family. Betty’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Betty Jean Hall.

Betty Jean Hall was a blessing from God on Wednesday, January 6, 1943 to the late Loreen and Ethel Gigi. She was called to take her eternal rest on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from Cameron, Oklahoma. She was also preceded in death by her husband: John Hall, III; two brothers: Loreen Gigi, Jr. and Romaine Gigi.

Betty graduated from the Pennsylvania Native American School. She worked for Corning Glass Works in Corning, New York. She retired after many years of service. She loved her family. She also enjoyed softball, fishing and going to Pow-Wows.

Betty will be forever cherished by her son: Dewayne Kinner of Pennsylvania; two daughters: Karen Scurry of Pennsylvania and Candy Kinner of Erin, New York; a brother: Judson Gigi; step-daughter: Tammy (Robert) Buie, Sr.; four grandchildren: Jeannette Romine, Dakota Buie, Robert Buie, Jr. and Anna Buie and a host of friends.
