In September 1975, Bobbie married Leonard Stokes, Sr. Together, they were blessed with six children: Cherreyl Alexander, Tasha Stokes, Maranda Stokes-Hall, Leonard (Stacie) Stokes, Jr., all of Texas, and Shamarjia Stokes of Arkansas.

Bobbie lived a full and joyous life. She had a gift for making everyone she met feel loved - you always left her presence better than when you came. More than anything, she devoted her life to her children and adored her grandchildren. Her smile could light up any room, and her heart was rooted deeply in faith.

Bobbie loved Jesus with all her heart, and no matter the circumstances, her faithful response was always, "God already worked it out". Her unwavering trust in God, her kindness, and her love for others will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Bobbie was loved by many and will be profoundly missed.
