Charles' earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Charles Chenault.

Charles Allen Chenault, 71, departed this life on Monday, December 04, 2023, at his home in Russellville, Arkansas.

 

He was born April 23, 1952, in Russellville, Arkansas to Charles Percy Chenault and Francis Louise Franklin Chenault.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Ora Lee Chenault; four sisters, Melinda Chenault, Carolyn Williams, Ella Gilbert, Laura Woodard and two brothers, Carlos and Ted Chenault.

 

Charles leaves to cherish his loving memory, a son, Bernard Chenault of Paola, Kansas, a daughter, Melissa Chenault of Vicksburg, Mississippi, two grandchildren of Vicksburg, Mississippi, three sisters, Mildred Mpamugo, Nita Faye Potter, and Tina (Tarryl) Bradley of Russellville, Arkansas; one brother, Johnny (Tina) Chenault of Russellville, Arkansas, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.


Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 23, 2023, 1:00pm at Shiloh Rd. Church of Christ, 2100 Shiloh Rd., Russellville, Arkansas 72801.


Committal service and final resting place will be held at Reeds Cemetery, Russellville, Arkansas.
