In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Dickerson Family. Pamela's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Pamela Dickerson.

Pamela Ann Dickerson was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on October 22, 1958 to the late Foster and the late Imogene Dickerson. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Barry (Deb) Dickerson, Albert “Fats” (Evelyn-deceased) Dickerson and Steve

Bo” (LeJuana) Dickerson.

Pamela was baptized at 9th Street Church Of Christ at an early age. She attended Howard Elementary, Darby Junior High, and graduated from Northside High School. She was a long-time employee at Safeway/Harvest Foods for over 20 years.

Pamela was always very cheerful and always smiling. One of her favorite things was to eat and drink coco-cola. She loved to call everyone “sweets” especially when she wanted something. She would always go shopping and she had a very nice sense of style.

She leaves to cherish her memories four (4) children: Myron Dickerson of Arlington, TX., Shareef (Heather) Brown of Hackett, AR.,

Khadedra Dickerson & Shauna Brown both of New Orleans, LA.

Two (2) loving Siblings: Deborah Dickerson-Jackson of Bossier City, Louisiana and Michael “Mikie” (Shirley) Dickerson of Atlanta, GA., Three (3) Aunts: Bernice Giddens, Helen (Graham) Reeves and Mildred Harris.

Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will all truly miss her.


Celebration of life service will be held Thursday June 15, 2023; 6-8pm at Rowell-Parish Mortuary Chapel; 611 North 9th Street
