Eric J. Carter, 43, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away May 23, 2017. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, several close friends and organizations. Graveside services will be held Friday, June 9, 2017, 3:00 PM at Washington Cemetery, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
